How To Get Out Of Jury Duty EVERY TIME.. "I GUARANTEE IT"!!!!!!!!!!!

I should not be posting this because if too many people find this

out it will eventually not work out anymore for those of us who

want to get out of jury duty but here goes AND AGAIN IT IS GUARANTEED:

 

The person that told this to me is my old lady who is a internet developer/IT analyst.  She knows someone in one of the big counties who works telephony for the county that takes the jury call ins (most are done automatically) and it is the same throughout the USA! In case you do not know telephony is the computer integrated phone systems that are now utilized by ALL

big companies and government!

Well here goes:

When they give you a time to call in by for jury duty (say like 12:00 midnight on the July 11th), you wait 10 minutes before

12:00 midnight and call in. The computer phone system will then say you are on standby or reserve (or something like that) and you need to call back the next day by like 5:00 p.m.. You again wait 10 minutes before 5:00 p.m. to call and the system will officially dismiss you! This is since the system is done in a simple cue type fashion to assign the respective juror slots!

Between my old lady and I we have done at least 7 times and have never been assigned once. Statistically those odds would be absurd. It is a system loophole; very plain and VERY VERY simple!

I share this with you my fellow degenerates as I'd hate for you to be in court making no $$$ instead of analyzing games, watching games, boozing, etc..

Try not to tell too many people though!

My juror notification says this...

 

Your telephone call in ID# as well as the corresponding phone number is locatied on the face of your summons. Please call your recorded message anytime after 6:00 PM of the last workday before the term on your summons. Listen for you ID# and follow the instructions.

 

Does this mean based on your stuff that I need to call at 5:50 PM tomorrow (friday), since my day starts the week of this monday?

 

I still dont get how this works?

I have another system, always works. Most of the time when you call in, they dismiss you anyway. If you get anything in the mail saying you are in trouble, or you may have to re-appear, tell the court you didn't get the notice in the mail. They don't send these certified and we know mail gets delivered to the wrong addresses or lost all of the tme. (especially from post-men that can't read) So worst case you may have to show up again in a few months. They threaten you with fines and stuff but i have never heard of anyone getting in trouble in Californa for ignoring these summons. They get so many people in jury duty, that they have about 10 times more than needed.

There are alot of people out there that refuse to register to vote because of this! That's where they get the list from. I think this idea is great...by the way I won't tell anyone else. Thanks!

 

You have to call in that last workday night before the term of your summons 5-10 minutes before midnight! THE DAY BEFORE.

THE DAY ENDS AT MIDNIGHT.

 

If your summons is on Wednesday, then you call in Tuesday night

at 11:50 p.m..

 

i dont get it...I love jury duty, i get paid from my job and i get $9.00 bucks from the city and i get to go in later and leave earlier then normal....

Diver, the first day according to them based on their system, I am supposed to call Today after 6pm, because the system wont be up on the weekend.

 

You are saying it doesnt matter that according to them I have to call at 6pm? Thats why I figured 10 mins before it opened. You are saying thats not true, and I need to call at 11:50pm tonight, as this is the last workday night before my reporting?

 

Tryign to clarify this because this is very important for me to skip!

You say after that, you have to call in at 5pm or so and you get dismissed, but I am most likely due to report this coming up monday, so how will I get a chance to call at just before midnight tonight, then again at 5pm the next time, cause the next time will be Monday and ill be due to report that morning!

I get called all the time.  I'll try this next time.

Maybe Im dumb, but I still dont get how Id call at 11:50 tonight when it says to call by 6, then needing to call again the next day before 5 to find out you are dismissed. My next day (unless saturday is ok) is the day Im due to report in the morning (Monday). Unless you mean I need to go the first day???

It will probably tell you to then call back tommorrow after 5:00 p.m. (FOR EXAMPLE). You will not call right after 5:00 p.m.

BUT AGAIN WAIT TILL 10 MINUTES BEFORE MIDNIGHT!

 

WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS CALLING IN THE SAME CALENDAR DAY BUT RIGHT BEFORE THE END OF THAT CALENDAR DAY

(eg. 10 minutes before midnight of that day).

 

Do you understand??? That is as simple as I can explain it.

Let me throw my q on here.

 

Im giong to call friday, aka today at 11:50 pm. I should expect to hear something about standby and when to call again. If they say call tomorrow, then I will call again at 11:50pm, although im not sure how that is the same calendar day as the first call. Not sure that matters. Then it should say I was dismissed. My # is like 0007 or something so I know id be called in first day. Would this matter? What if they dont tell me to call back tomorrow.

 

At least I know tonights step in calling at 11:50 pm. I will come back to you with what they said and see what to do. Thanks man. If this works, ill be forever in debt!

I am going on vacation tonight on the other side of florida and several hours up the coast but might or might not get to access email/internet in my hotel. Not sure although being an internet sports gambler you bet your ass I will sure try!!!

Anyway, I live in Florida. I might work a bit differently with the standby for the call in the next day up there but I think the system is basically the same.

 

You are right though. What you are doing is simply waiting

RIGHT before (10 minutes midnight) the end of the calendar

day when it tells you to call in. YOU NEVER CALL RIGHT AFTER 6:00 p.m. or when it tells you to call in is my point.

 

This is as simple as I can explain it to you.

I talked to guy about this and COMPLAINED why this has not worked.

He said perhaps the state and county you live in uses a different

telephony system, etc.. Not cue based! Shit, I am awful sorry about that!

I guess I now need to give you all your $$$$ back with my guarantee and stuff! kidding!
