RE: my answer to have you ever been in jail..........Yes, and enough times that I know it sucks bad enough not to repeat what got you thrown in the clink right or wrong.

I could give a whole bunch of different incidents and reasons but why would I, unless I was trying to come off as a tough guy......

Back during my 1st year of college in Washington I was driving home very late one night from work and rolled a stop sign in the middle of nowhere. Not wise but there was not another vehicle within half a mile. Cop pulls me over, writes me up and I'm given a court date. Well it was an early AM appearance and I missed it.

Judge KAISER issued a bench warrant with NO BAIL for my arrest. A Bellevue cop one sunny day ran my plates because I was parked on the side of the road next to a boat slip.

Long story short, they approached me, asked if I was Mr Searchwarrant and hooked me up. Off I went to the Kirkland slammer on a Friday. My lawyer couldn't get me out until Tuesday the next week because he had to work his ass off to drop the no bail warrant.

4 days in solitary because Judge fucking Kaiser had a bad week. My pop not only removed him from the bench (11 years) but also sued him in a civil court.

Good ole Kaiser will never forget my name and I'll never forget his.

Bro you're always on here being an internet tough guy and I highly doubt a bitch like you was ever even PC'd so shut the fuck up. Well maybe you got caught blowing someone at a rest stop and locked up for being a pervert. Nobody thinks going to jail is cool. I thought someone might find my story about Willie entertaining sorry if you weren't entertained.  Considering where I was at 15 with nothing cause my drug addict Mom got me locked up and where I'm at now does prove I've developed quite a bit.  Haven't been in court or jail in 10 yrs.  If you ever were in jail no doubt you were a 5 nick trick. GO FUCK YOURSELF

I thought if you took the handle ''benchwarrant'' it would have been more appropriate

Justice system in the States is so fucked up if you can be locked up with no bail for that

I thought if you took the handle ''benchwarrant'' it would have been more appropriate

Justice system in the States is so fucked up if you can be locked up with no bail for that

I think it should be mandatory for every citizen prior to age 18 to do 5 days in a 'pretend' clincker to fully appreciate what the consequences are for breaking any law.

I'll bet it would reduce crime by 30+% across the board.

You never broke a law in your life?  How can you say all people that went to jail are trash?  You never smoked a joint, drank a beer underage, jay walked, drove your car after drinking a few, had sex with a chick under18 when you were also under 18, pissed on the side of the road, littered?  I'm just asking as I know people thrown in the clink for all of those.

Love people who say "I don't plan on going back"  who DOES plan on going back?

You never hear..."Spent a few months there, really loved it, can't wait to get back and see my friends"

This thread would be quite boring if no one was a 'tough guy' and 'bragged' about their convictions.

By the way, letting people go to a fake jail for 5 days is NOT going to reduce crime at all, let alone 30%. First of all, 90% of the people forced to waste 5 days of their life in a jail for nothing would have already stayed away from crime, with or without your little experiment.

So now you've imprisoned innocent people. Great start. Follow that up by the fact that harsh/stiff punishments do nothing to lower recidivism and you end up with a perpetual incarceration system, much like the current American system. People are going to prison more and more for lesser and lesser crimes, those people become criminalized while in jail and then upon release back into society, they have no idea how to cope.

We need to start looking at the root of crime which is social injustice. We then need to look at the root of social injustice and that is the government.

Free markets, liberty, self-ownership, freedom, self-responsibility, etc. is the way of the future.
