I would say to be honest my girl isn't as tight as most i've had before. Usually no trouble getting it in right away where I have had many problems with past GF's. I'm blessed/decent at 7" or so. don't expect her to enjoy it after you get the all clear.  she'll do it to please you, but it will still hurt her.  expect to just do missionary, or whatever feels ok for her, and expect to do it slowly.  hopefully you're good at getting your nut off, because climbing back on the saddle is a slow process after the baby.

get her to do the kegels.  all it takes is 30 seconds a day of squeezing her twat muscles.  she can do it while driving, while waiting in line.  whatever.  my wife does them in several random situations.  like she'll do them for the length of time it takes for the grocer to ring up her groceries.  or she'll do them at the ATM.  it makes a HUGE difference.  also, tell her to do them right when you're about to bust.  if she squeezes down on your member right at that time
