I would have thrown those bitches out of my house if I was you.

How many men would be caught dead wearing a WNBA jersey? What does that say about the person wearing one? I say it's kinda
for them to be wearing WNBA jerseys, but thats just me.
I love jerseys. I have a bunch of them. I agree with the whole, "putting YOUR name on the back is stupid", but I don't mind people wearing jerseys. I do however dislike the hats that people wear. The "gangster" hats with all the designs on them. I'm not a fan of those. I perfer the original hats/logos.
As for "we"...I use that when talking about "my" Yankees all the time and find nothing wrong with that. If you have ever bought a ticket or merchandise of that team, why not be able to say "we" when referring to a team. Money that goes towards ticket sales go towards team's payrolls so I guess technically you own a microshare of the team(it sounds stupid, I know, thats just how I view it). But if you can't consider yourself as part of a team, whats the point of being a fan. "Oh yea, my favorite team the Yankees are rolling" kinda sounds lame as opposed to "Hell yea, we're rolling right now". Tons of people do it, but I understand your arguement.
I HATE fans who, when on camera during a National Televised Game, say "Yeaaaaaa...We're #1!!!! Woo-Hoo!!! Yeaaaaa...We're #1" when actually they are 4th in the MAAC and are beating the team in 6th place 21-20. Thats what I don't like. If somebody doesn't find something wrong with that, I'd love to know the explanation. ![]()
