    defense was doing an O-K job for most of their case until the last 7 days or so

    then they totally blew up.  They brought in witnesses that helped the State moreso than Casey.

    No way she gets the death penalty, but she was very close to getting MANSLAUGHTER until the defense blew up.  I think now she is going away for a long time, but not DEATH.

    I did not read all of this thread, but it all boils down to one, or should I say twelve things.  The jury will make the decision, and that is our system.  Is she guilty?  Does the prosection have enough evidence to prove her so?  Has the defense done enough to get one juror to hold for a non guilty vote?

    These high profile, big time interest cases, have not added up a lot of times.  Let's think back and look at some outcomes.

    OJ Simpson - Not guilty / The Menendez brothers - Not guilty the first time (and they admitted they killed their parents) / Jon Benet Ramsay - Killer never found, case focused on wrong people in the end.  Sometimes the DA is forced into finding a murderer, and not the correct person.  These types of cases, where there is only one suspect, and little evidence, are often hard to judge.

    If I had a vote, I would say she is guilty.  I think she will be found not guilty from lack of proof.

    I did not read all of this thread, but it all boils down to one, or should I say twelve things.  The jury will make the decision, and that is our system.  Is she guilty?  Does the prosection have enough evidence to prove her so?  Has the defense done enough to get one juror to hold for a non guilty vote?

    History is important in making any decision. I apply the same strategy not only to sports betting, but in life. I heard many have made a bet on the trial, and most were leaning towards the guilty. However, this was the wrong move to be making. Although i do not believe she should be innocent on all charges, i was fairly confident she would walk free. Why? because i have taken the time to study similar historic trials, trends, predictions, and philosophers. Sure there were no black and white predictions on the specifics of this Casey Anthony trial, but i found something interesting when studying.

    The Great frenchman Nostradamus predicted a verdict of not guilty for Casey Anthony 500 years ago (16th century) in a poetic 4 verse. He  has made many great predictions, and thus as i went through his works i found a shocking parallel to this trial. Usually he is more helpful in the realm of politics, world affairs etc but his decision to focus specifically on this trial almost 500 years ago is something to note. He wrote in poetry verses and thus after a lot of reading i came across the prediction and i started making the connections. As far as i was concerned, the prediction is quite clear, and made me stay away from placing any wagers on her being found guilty due to the well-respected and great predicter-Nostradamus.

    Here is the verse:

    “The mother’s name is blackened by a silver mask,

    "The people cry for vengeance, but truth prevails.

    "Two thousand and ten finds Antone free,

    "The monster confesses and loses his soul in months of 8 and 10."

    Silver Mask=Duct tape

    People Crying For Vengence=Seen daily through news media outlets

    Antone=Anthony

    He also predicted World War 1, World War 2, the rise and fall of Adolf Hitler, the Vietnam War, America’s missions to the moon, the attempted assassination of Presidents Gerald Ford and Ronald Reagan, the 9/11 attack on New York’s World Trade Center, and the election of President Barack Obama.

    Clearly, you don't have to be a scholar to find the parallels. However, as the leader of Seaweed Nation it is my responsibilty to provide my Seaweeders with important information regarding their wagers. This is why, as many times before, it is important to always look at history when making bets. That is why Seaweed Nation (unlike others who ignore valuable information) always takes a distinct approach to all wagers, and uncovers the probabilty of outcomes-even if i need to go back in the history books 500 years ago.
