The mother was responsible for Jon Benet's death.

Know someone who worked on the case, with Henry Lee, and they said with all the evidence and everything it was without a doubt the mother but they could not prove it or connect her in anyway.

That was his own personal opinion.

Said there was no signs of a break in or forced entry and they had security systems. Also said the mother refused to talk to police or anyone about what happened until a year after.

I think Casey freaked out and did not know what to do.  In this theory, she couldn't call the police because she would go to jail for manslaugter, etc.

So she put Caylee in her car for a few days to try and buy some time.  Eventually the smell became over powreing so she had to dump her body.  The body was dumped very close to Casey's house.

This theory is probably closest to what happened in my opinion.  I hope she takes the stand.  She is bat nutty but when she is all dolled up she is pretty hot.

Henry Lee is wrong - ask Lou Smit https://www.nytimes.com/2010/08/14/us/14smit.html.

Also, in this case, there was no DNA of either in the trunk. If there was, it'd be a slam dunk, and even with it's absence and we're still going after the woman. I'm not suggesting she's innocent, I just find the parallels of the Jon Benet case, this case, and so many others harrowing - you get these ego/power driven public servants who cannot see beyond their nose and they have to prove they're right rather than aggressively seek the truth. There's a huge difference.

I believe the person who worked with Henry Lee over any other detective or agency. Henry Lee is the Ted Williams/Barry Bonds/Babe Ruth/Willie Mays of forensics and solving cases.

I haven't paid enough attention the the Casey Anthony case but from what I have heard she sounds guilty as sin.

Whether they can prove her guilt and the jurors believe the evidence, without a reasonable doubt, points to Anthony is another question.

Bonds was still one of the greatest players. Would have been a first ballot HOFer but his arrogance and inability to watch other players, who he knew were not as good as him, outperform him on the field really got under his skin. He juiced and the rest is history.

You clearly have no idea who Henry Lee is

He is often accredited as being the father of forensic science. People and police departments seek him out to work on cases because he is the best there ever was in the field.

The head was not opened during the autopsy?

According to Michael Baden and any other thinking person that is basic 101 procedure.

Sounds like today was a slight victory for the defense.   The question remains, does Casey take the stand?

She's going to die face up by lethal injection.

It'll take 5-7 years and a ton of tax payer money but she'll die. Defense continues to plug holes but the jury won't buy it, judge won't either.
