I just was in a loss chasing mode and that is how I got in the hole I am. That is why I said I am forgetting about that and starting over fresh like I don't owe anything and just try and turn a profit for the season and then I can just subtract that from what I owe now and just square up after the super bowl. I am thinking clearly now. If I do lose more it won't be much more then I owe now so I might as well try. Then like I said I will walk away from gambling for good the end of the season no matter what.

This guy doesn't have a settle up number on you?
Either way it sounds like your mind is made up. I'd suggest taking 2 full days off to get out of panic mode. Frayed nerves = ![]()

Gambling can be an addiction, and should be treated as such
If you couldnt stop drinking or taking drugs, would you try to take care of the problem yourself or go to people with experience
The people you are turning to are fellow gamblers, or fellow addicts.
You are getting some solid advice here in this thread, but, at this time you can't handle this by yourself.
Seek help dude

There will come a time when you are sitting at the end of your bed, looking at a bank statemnet showing you have less then 300 dollars to your name, and have to come up with rent and money to fix the car...
and oh yeah....
You will owe the bookie a few grand and THAT is the debt you will wonder how you are going to get money for....

If GA could help me with my debt I would gladly go and not place another bet the rest of the year but they won't and I am allowed to keep betting and get the debt down so that is what I need to do. Just small bets, money management and hopefully cut it in half by the end of the year.
Take a look at this sentence and ask yourself, how often do I win, compared to lose?
If you were a winner more often, this 3K wouldnt be killing you.
You know what will happen, by seasons end ( as the season is coming to the close and you owe close to 7-10 ) you will press up the bets.
You also have to know if you hit a hot streak, and maybe even are a head, you will say " HERE

That week you will go 12-30 and be stuck again
I speak the truth

Please get this under control

Leg - seriously bro you have til February to get it back. How much we talkin here...10k - 20k or what? The obvious choice is to quit and everyone here guiding you in that direction is correct, but it also does not seem like you want to or have the desire to do so. So you are left with the dilema on what to do, which seems like you want to draw this liability down.
You could eat into that and get him owing you that with no problem. Remember it's not a sprint. Right now you're down on the sprint, but the fact that you don't have to pay up week to week is a plus for you. I could help you and I am sure some others on here as well. Just need to know what your debt is and the max the man will let you place on any given wager then we can make a game plan.
With all the football that is still left it really shouldn't be a problem. Don't fret about it. Make a plan and make it happen or get out and don't even think about it.
Good luck either way ![]()

3 grand is manageable even for someone that is broke. Go back and re-read all of your posts. Your personality is a recipe for disaster when it comes to gambling/wagering on sports.
I thought you were on medication. If you're not, I'd consider it. And I am being serious. You're emotionally all over the board.

I admit I suck at gambling but I am also very unlucky. I mean how could I have imagined I would lose freaking 9 games in a row at the time I am doubling down every bet. Just wrong bets at the wrong time. When I stay disciplined I am actually quite a good gambler. I just am always either staying disciplined and building up a bankroll then just lose it and get stupid and blow it all or putting myself in huge holes from being stupid then being forced to stay disciplined to dig myself out. That is why I never actually have any money from gambling cause I am either losing everything I won or winning back what I have lost.

I used to be on anti-depressants but I stopped taking them. I probably should start taking them again.
