Sports wise-See the Bruins hoist the Stanley Cup last year. I was born in 83 and have seen nothing but letdowns from the b's. Was too young for the cup with vs the Oilers. Then never saw them get into the third round in my life. Saw them play buffalo once in the 2nd round when they had hasek and lost to dallas in finals. Fucking bruins made it every year just to choke. The last year saw them reach conference finals, cup finals, cup winner first time for all!!! Can die a happy hockey fan!

3 day camping weekend in the forest on the South fork of the Yuba River. Dropping 5 hits of acid with about 20 friends. Hiking, swimming, throwing the football, being able to live in that moment and not think about anything but pure joy.

me: prob surfing 8 ft perfect barreling lefts in Costa Rica...off shore winds...bath water warm...killer tropical backdrop looking into shore...only 2 other guys out which were each a good 40+ feet away... and slightly coked out of my mind...good times

been there and done that in tamarindo a few times except I was baked out of my mind not coked out. Love going to costa rica.

niiiice...baked? did you bring your own or get some U.S. reefer?... could only get ragweed from the locals... yeah...no more coco puffs for this guy but it was like $12 U.S. for a gram...i went apeshit crazy...stayed a bit over a month that trip and about 2 weeks in i was bleeding out of both nostrils...that sucked and i regret doing so much... i remember sitting out in the water freaking out about sharks coming... ...but i kept chargin

My parents required me to have $1,000 in the bank when I went to college ('86 - '90).  This was for books and spending money (I also worked PT on campus).  I was leaving for school the following weekend and my brother and I went drag racing (he had a '72 Camaro that ran 10.80's in the quarter mile) at Rock Falls, WI.  I only had $250 to my name (I had done a lousy job of saving).  Well we're getting into the day and they have a $50 cash race....64 cars....winner gets a $1,000. My brother asks me if I want to enter.  I'm like, "why not, I'm screwed anyway."  Typical covers mentality.  
I proceed to absolutely kill the Christmas tree (starting line) and won the whole damn thing (6 rounds).  People were standing on their campers cheering when I came back on the return road after the final.  Bunch of people came up to congratulate me.  I've never been so completely amped in all my life (and I've never been in more of a zone in terms of competing....just complete relaxation and concentration).  

I think I drank 10 beers on the hour and a half drive home and barely felt a thing I was so completely jazzed.  

Gives me goosebumps to this day.  

I gave my brother a couple hundred dollars "rent" for letting me use his car and still had my $1,000 I needed to make it through my junior year in college.

got 2 life changing. got gun pointed at me when a guy robbed me at my dads liquor store,he left didnt shoot me.was passenger in car on the freeway,semi truck tapped our car ,spun out .he hit us again,went slamming into center divider, driver just emptied his load in san diego,if he hadnt it woild taken longer to brake& he said he probably go right through us. bmw totaled. i had torn rotar cuff. the driver not scratch.terrell owens catch against gbay,angels first & only world championship,win my fantasy football years ago back to back .won around $800 each time.

ya bought some dirtweed cheap off some sketchy local on the beach and got baked whole trip. That shit had me braindead. Probably sprayed/laced with something. It sure did make the surfing interesting though and the walks home at night thru the gloomy main strip sketchier

About 10 years ago when I was in my early 20's (and before I got married) my friends and I decided to go to Las Vegas on a whim.

We flew in around noon
Played Black Jack and drank for about four hours
Hit the sportsbook and threw down a 6 team parlay to win $4000
Parlay hit and I took the winnings to Spearmint Rhino
Blew half of it on booze and strippers
A little later in the evening, took the other half and got 2 escorts to come back to my room

Best day of my life!!

The day I graduated college. Neither of my parents graduated high school. Both grew up in shitty homes in bad situatuions. My father in particular busted his ass to put me and my sister in a atomosphere to accomplish that.  The look they gave me when I put on that cap and gown-priceless.

Thanksgiving 1969 killed a 10 point Buck. Which still hangs over my fireplace.

Tanksgiving 1998 caught a 9lb 1oz. bass.

Lot of patience and planning to guess when prides have fed last. Took 2 weeks and 6 hours a day out there to finally spot a kill going down. The raw power of those cats is defies the eyes. Poor buffalo would not give up, so he was promptly eaten alive. No shit.
