well i'm sure there are a bunch of both but i am neither so i really don't care. I am on here to try and help others and to get insight and other's views. To share my experience and experiences with others in hopes to help them and keep them from being taken advantage of. Furthermore if this site is notorious for scammers and stiffs then why did you become a part of it?

And actually i wasn't bragging, i was just stating you haven't been here long. Could mean something or could mean nothing. Yeah i use to love them and tout all about them but then i started winning more regularly and hit a really nice day and not long after that, they just closed my account. No reason given, they just told me that management decided to close my account. True story believe it or not, really doesn't matter to me. No there is nothing more to it. I remember when there customer service was the best and management but that is all gone and they really do not give a damn about the customer anymore and they show it day in and day out! But to each their own. I personally don't tolerate such ignorance and rudeness from anyone! Much less someone that i am a great customer to and have been nothing but professional and courteous!

I hear ya man...I definitely agree with you that their customer service has gone way way way downhill. I can't believe they closed your account after winning...that is ridiculous!

I mean not right after winning but it wasn't a month or less after winning and cashing out a pretty descent amount. Yeah it was ridiculous and i got no other explanation whatsoever, they wouldn't answer me email, phone or anything. They screw up your deposits and give you wrong names and everything and then try to make it out to be your fault and going to management doesn't help, they are nothing more than arrogant smartasses that help in no way or at least the ones i got. I loved them for many years but in the last year, as far as i am concerned, they suck!

Matter of opinion. I've used both for years and I think Gtbets is better. And hardly a tout just try to be honest and steer people to books I know aren't notorious for having their site down, or rude customer service. You sound like a Heritage tout so whats the difference?

Heritage is definitely overrated.They have also lost all of there principles and started calling people for deposits
I'll second this been calling me for deposits for 3 months now. Next time they call if it's even allowed I'll post the number they call from. I don't think Covers allows this though. I can give you the name of guy who keeps calling me though.

On a serious note when did this transferring money between Heritage and 5 dimes start? Change in ownership? Is this the reason Heritage has gone so down hill within the last year? If so it's understandable why Heritage has progressively become worse. If they are now associated with 5 dimes that would explain it

Nov 2nd, Brad called me, saying he noticed I took a break and was wondering if he could get me back in, we have the Breeder's Cup and NBA starting up this weekend. This was 2 weeks ago and not the first time. You either shut your fucking mouth or I am posting the phone #. These people are assclowns and have lost all of there values. They once said they would pay you if you got a cold call but that disappeared because they know they 100% call for deposits now.

Just to give everyone updates on recent experience with Heritage. I was able to deposit a few weeks back with my Visa (N-*pend card). Deposit went through just fine. I heard on here that last couple weeks they have continued to have issues processing VISA deposits. So I tried another deposit this past weekend using the same card and declined every time. Hopped on chat and spoke with Joss (representative) who informed me they are still having processor issues and can't process any Visa deposits at the moment. Kind of a pain!
UL-Kid-the industry leader shouldn't continue to have problems processing visa deposits. I think they are continuing to slip. Also I keep getting continued calls from Ben Reynolds to make deposits. I opened an acct before football season thru a referral. Finally got around to getting a bank card but then when I tried to make a deposit, it gets declined. Now the same person as you, Ben Reynolds has been calling me nonstop leaving me messages saying why did I even open an acct if I'm not gonna play, telling me I must be tired of him calling me, telling me to grow a pair and make a deposit, and basically trying to degrade me lol. He's just been lucky I've been busy every time he has called. I actually did call him back once to go off on him but he "wasn't available". I usually play anywhere between 100-1500 a play and you can't pay me to deposit or play with heritage now. I love how he claims that I haven't made a deposit but when I did, it doesn't go through!!! They should get their sh@t straight on their end before calling like a collections agency. I swear at one point he had me so fired up that I was about to call him back and go off but decided I wasn't gonna stoop to this scumbags level. They are the ones who are gonna hurt, not me or the customers they will lose cause of their attitudes. Oh btw, the number they call from is 888-842-0231

deezy take it easy my pal,,i just spoke to a rep at the industry leader and he told me that they are working with the processors to try and correct this mishap..its not heritages fault that the processors give them trouble and all books go thru this from time to time thats why you have other options like WU and MG and bank wire or pay pal or MO,,,do the navy football team just run the dive play everytime ..no sometime they pitch out or the qb keeps it or passes off it....use your other options dezzy my pal and just think your lucky stars that you are still able to play with this top of the line first class operation...

Great customer service? Friendly? Ullaf, what are you smoking? Did u not read my post above? If ben reynolds said that stuff he said about me to my face and not on my vmail, i wouldve knocked his freakin teeth out and broken his knee caps. He is workin a $10 an hr job makin phone calls and thinks he is the world!!! Trust me, i wouldve brought him back down to reality and taught him not to degrade ppl etc. If i could somehow put the saved messages on here for all to hear, i would in a heartbeat. Again, i would not play at heritage with anyones money, so stop defending them. Ppl like ben reynolds are gonna keep running heritage to the ground.
