BigRick, any updates on the wires?
City, on the payout options, they clearly states that you can withdraw a max of 1000 for WU and 850 mg. Anything less would be unacceptable. If they can only pay you 500 max, then they should change it on their payout section. They should not deceive their customers with false information.

I recently made a withdrawal for $850 that is no longer pending in my account and recieved confirmation letter last week stating the payout is complete and "sent back to card"
I know there is a 12 day period to wait which is fine but since I am with a financial institution not a local bank I have to proactive with my funds in my account and when I asked what will be name of merchant crediting my account they couldn't give me a straight answer....nor the name of their processor, even though they confirmed that it has been processed entirely and that the rest of leg work is for my bank when it shows, but I am sure that in terms I have right to know the name of processor or what will appear on my card statement when and IF this payout goes through...
anyone know processor GTBETS uses?

Made a wd at GT on monday the 13th.......got an email stating they processed it on the 14th.......was in my acct today the 16th.....i was shocked how fast i got it as in the past it has been 5 to 13 bus days......this was a bank wire tho ......not back to card......didnt even know that was an option

This was the complaint that I lodged with the sportsbookreview
My friend told me about them and helped me set up an account. They were offering a 100% bonus so I went and moneygrammed them $100. I placed several bets over the course of the day and after I won a few they disabled my account and told me to call. I called them and they said that they would reopen my account but they were taking $100 of my winnings back because my account was set up on my friends computer. I tried calling for two days but a manager wouldnt take my call on 6 different occasions. Its my account and my money and I feel that I didnt do anything wrong. These guys are shady and unprofessional and I would appreciate any help that you could provide to expose them for the frauds that they are. All I did wrong was to not setup my account on my own computer because I was at my friends house.

I placed a wager with gt bets and didn't get a email confirmation from them for the wager once the wager was graded they tried too say that I placed a wager for the opposing team that lost that wasn't true I placed the same wager with other sports books and won. I believe that gt bets does have some shady business going on I recommend avoiding this sports book at all costs I don't care how good there reviews are they scamed me out of a wager they normally send a email and this time they didn't they are not 100% honest so be careful if you are a member or thinking about becoming a member. I recommend avoiding them if you are already a member I recommend getting your money from them through withdraws as soon as possible and going to some of the other more respected sports books.

My experience has been similar to RicoDee24. It was eventually resolved, but not without much effort. Even in communicating with them, you feel a dishonesty or they are not helpful or forthcoming. After investigating some reviews on them, I learned that GTBETS acquired the extremely shady and failed VIP book. While they eventually made good on over $40k of outstanding payout debts and kept customers whole, it took a very long time. But, the real shocker was they kept most of the old VIP employees who were part of the scam? Wouldn't you clean house? So, you think that once a person is shady they are always a little shady? Me too! That's why I'm going elsewhere!
