GTbets - Complaint

I have requested a withdrawal of 5K 3 months backs via bankwire. They told me it takes 11 business days, but I didn't get the funds after 3 weeks. I contacted them and even provide them my bank account statement to show I did not receive the funds. I asked them to recall the withdrawal and issue me a new withdrawal, they paid me $1K via WU and still owe me $4K. They just kept telling me with all excuses and now it's over 3 months and I still have not received my money. The original withdrawal request was Nov 11th 2013.

If you have money with GTbets, try to get it out and play with other great books out there.  I just wanted to make sure no one else got in the same trouble as me at GTbets.

I have $4200sitting three. I've heard several horror stories just like yours so I'm treating it like money lost. They will do whatever it takes to not pay you.

just tried to make a MG withdrawal of $850 after waiting 12 mins over the phone they tells me "there are NO MORE SLOTS  for cash withdrawals???? can of garbage is this???? have no problem in getting my funds...

Been there about 10 times with Gtbets one time and I swear to god I was literally on the phone waiting to do a WU payout for over 2 hrs cause I was told only a certain amount of slots are available per each day. End up giving it all back, good luck and don't get frustrated waiting to the point you give it all back.

Not surprising at all!  A real shame!

I filled a complaint with SBR and the folk there did helped me by contacted them.  GTbets agreed to pay me, what a shame.  They put the funds back in my account.  I'll try not to play and trying to get the money out.  Not sure I can get it all out, because city said above, after long hour waiting for them to open the phone, they said NO MORE SLOTS for cash withdrawals.

I suggest anyone who has been in the same case as me, fill out a complaint form from SBR and at the same time, create a thread and tell your true story.  They will pay you.

MAN - I'm glad I read this chain of comments! I was planning on depositing this week into GTBets for the Super Bowl. Thank you all for the updates, although I'm a little shocked because they have had a good rep for a long time.

Bank wires shouldn't take more than 3 business days to post to your bank account.  The sender obviously needs your full name, your bank name, your bank address, your routing number and your bank acct number. Make sure your routing number and bank acct number are correct because obviously it can mess things up big time if they are incorrect.  Some US banks use multiple routing numbers for different purposes.  Call your bank and ask them for the routing number to receive a wire to be posted to your bank account. Don't assume that the routing number is the number on the bottom of your check.  Like I said, some banks use multiple routing numbers for different purposes, so the routing number on your check isn't always the same one that is used to receive a wire.  I used to work at a bank, so I kind of know something about wires.

They just be getting crushed and can't pay ? I have been with them for years never had issues with withdrawals and would get my wire in a couple das . Starting in December things changed . I'mv been getting exude after excuse on why my wires are taking so long. Broker says this and that. Bank Holidays. When you charge $60 a wire it should go through the same day. When I call and make threats to deposit my money elsewhere I magically get a new andwes. I'm still waiting on two wires of about 8500 after finally recovering a 5k wire that took all 12 business days.y latest withdrawal is now at 12 business days and I haven't received the funds . They just lost a customer who has done business for about 5yrs with them. It seems like a very shady operation. beware

Very suprised to hear this about them.  I have been with them for 8 years or so when they were VIPsports before going to GT.  Only issue I ever had was a few years ago with a check they sent.

Usually the MG and WU are flawless and received the same day or next day. 

Any updates with any of your payouts??

I recieved a call from a manager who has assured me I will receive the wires shortly. He was very friendly and I hole what he told me is true. I also have been a longtime customer and for three years I have had no complaints. I will update when I recieve my wires .

well fellas,i finally got a DAM SLOT on weds but now the payout was only for $500. i ask the clerk what happen to 850 max payout?? she tells me"ITS ONLY A $500 MAX. today is friday no friggin funds yet

now they tells me," it will be 3 days before getting my funds???"so I ask the lady , what was the max pay out? A 1000 wu 850 mg. so my biggest question was,"why was I limited to a 500 payout instead of the 1000 I ask for???? then it goes go to this broker crap!!!!!!!!!!. I TRULY THINK A FEW PLAYERS HIT THEY behind UP BIG TIME IF NOT ALL OF US......

City--- Can you keep us updated next week as to if/when you get them.  Like I said very suprised to hear, especially with the MG taking so long.  I dont think it was ever longer than the next day, WU was sometimes 2 days after, but not MG.  Starting to get alittle worried about whats going on with them.  Thanks

sorry for the late update guys, but GTBETS call me on 2/1/14 telling me that my withdrawl was clear and ready to pick. i guess so after the reviews i left on there site.. DAM PLAY friggin FARE.....

I would not consider money held in a GT BETS account to be safe. The hoops u need to jump thru to withdraw are a sign of pending disaster.
