I am not sure where the federal sting theory is coming from.  I dont know why they would go after the players.  I am not aware that there is any kind of legislation that states its a criminal act to place an online wager

I am confused by this whole idea..i am not sure how they could ever be successful...but i'll wait it out.

The legislation is confusing as hell, which is probably the intent.  But from what I can tell gambling online is illegal.  However, I cannot  imagine the federal or even state level government hatching some elaborate scheme to snare the handful of online gamblers that will actually use the site.  The government tends to focus on the "big fish" when pursing criminals.  That is why you don't see federal agents trying to catch drug users.  They want the drug dealers.  Also, this site is capped at $1,000 unless you build up your credit over time.  Here again, why would the federal government be actively pursing the "little fish" when there are now local books using web applications and bettors laying much, much more than $1K.  It doesn't seem logical in any way for this to be a government scheme.  That does not mean it isn't a bunch of con artists trying to rip off personal info to steal identities.  I seriously doubt it would be a scam focused on ripping of bettors by not paying winners since they will have to pay out winners up front to build street credit with bettors.  Otherwise, as soon as they don't pay it will be all over websites like this and it will not take long for people to stop paying them.  As many have said, it seems far fetched that this business model could succeed for long, which leads me to believe they just want to harvest personal identity info for resale or to use themselves.  I personally wouldn't use this site until they can be tied to some legitimate business or backer.

I agree with everything you said except that online gambling is illegal. We keep rehashing this issue in this forum. The courts have ruled on whether individuals can be prosecuted and they have given us a staunch, "No." There is no law that implicates the individual bettor, only bookies and sportsbooks. So when you hear "sports gambling is illegal in the US" this might be technically true in that you cannot set up sportsbooks here. But you are 100% entitled to wager on sports online from the US (barring some states like Washington who have their own laws against it.)

    427 - 14

Of all the dumb things posted in this thread - and there are some doozies - anyone posting that they are 427-14 in the last several years is the dumbest thing posted at covers ever.

My post above now makes no sense as the mods removed the post, but someone was claiming to be 427-14.

    Oh well.

I did not see the post about the person who was 427-14 on their bets before it got deleted. Just curious, was the person claiming to have all that success on creditwagering.com? If so, I wonder if they got paid by them.

Hey everyone, just posted this in the other thread about this website.  I just checked it out to see what it is.  I have a question, did they ever call u personally to verify that the phone number(s) u gave them were legit?  If so..it is possible to physically track people down with just their phone number. Of course that would mean this operation is vastly widespread or has vast connections to be able to send a "collector" after you.  Let me know what happens.  This is definitely one of the more interesting happenings in the sportsbook realm as of late imo.

Yes, this is my first post.

All the new people that just signed up in this thread and then said they had been paid sure look suspicious to me also.  I get that.  I will be lumped with them at first too. Whatever.

[I do have 300 posts at EOG and almost 700 across the street from there if that matters even a bit.  In fact, I only came over from there because there is more discussion of this company here.]

I did just sign up with them yesterday and have turned my account almost $1k up already - at only $100 a play.  I will be very curious to see if I get paid next week.

I did the online chat with them today and was told that I need to wait till Sunday for the settlement day, then make a request by WednesdayAM, when a check will be sent out.  It should be 3-4 days from then when I get it.

$1000 max withdrawal, so I will hopefully still be up.  I may not play anymore as I would like to see if this works before investing more time.

I will report back next week.  Obviously I am hoping this is not a scam, as the extra $1000 will not only come in handy, but will allow me a new out other than the BetJam account I use now.

    Fingers crossed...

    As an aside...

I am NOT one to play online blackjack.  In fact, all of my accounts in the past have had the casinos disabled.  I dont trust myself.

I did wander into the casino to check it out today.  Has anyone ever played the SWICTH BJ?  It was too cool.  I actually enjoyed it, and even won $100.  Now if I KNEW without a doubt this was not a scam, I doubt I would have played in there.

Is this game available in any B&M casinos in vegas?  I have seen the other variations they have (like Spanish 21 and double exposure), but not SWITCH.  Essentially you play two hands, and can switch the top cards of each hand if you want.  All regular rules apply except that BJ pays 1:1 and if a dealer busts with 2, the hands push.  Im sure it is likely much worse odds than regular BJ, but fun nonetheless.

Id love to see it around here in the indian casinos...

ne on there live chat. didnt copy and paste it my bad.

for some people that might not understand. they give 1k. if you lose 400 you pay. meaning if you go below 600$ so that 1k is a marker. you go down to 599 you pay. you dont get paid until 1401$

im sure 99% of you guys on here know this! this is for the other 1%  i talked to a guy named sam. so there adding names to there chat anyway. smart move by them after reading this thread.

they should have 25 different names in live chat! big mistake there by them!

Anybody get paid in week 2 (today)?

Or was the line too long at the 7-11 again?

To anyone that is willing to play at that website, I will take your action but only if you promise to pay if you lose.
