It's kind of ironic how CW has the stiff page, but now CW is doing the stiffing. haha
A book that does not pay their players for more than 10 business days is unacceptable regardless if it is due to a technical problem or not. It is the responsiblity of the book to get the problem fixed as soon as possible, and it doesn't look like CW is using all of their resource$ to get the problem fixed.

Perhaps CW does not have the money to pay their players, so they are using all kind of excuses to avoid paying.

I was told Saturday and today (Tuesday) I would be recieving an email with details from management which I haven't recieved. Ill keep the board posted and keep trying with CW. Heck why not right?

nothing once again...i was told i would recieve an email from management on 2 different occassions and nothing. I brought that up on live chat and was told to email them...lol...I will attempt to see if I could get a WU from them since I was told before that if payments are delayed, they would send WU under the right circumstances...ill keep the board posted.
Requested debit card on April 6th. Took my thirty bucks out for the card and its now May 8th and nothing. One week ago I asked to see what was up with the card. They said they would contact the bank and get back to me. NOTHING!!!
it only took me a week to get it...this is by far the worst experience i have had with them or any other shop...worst part about it is I could make another withdrawal now besides my pending one. I had a nice day the day I made my withdrawal and used them sparingly since...got about 800 total sitting in CW.

I requested a debit card on April 6th...its now going on the 12th of May and still no card. They took the $30 dollars out of my account for the card. I joined them when they first came out and they sent me a card in two days. They told me that the old card had expired and had to get new one. I really feel that we have no reason to settle with them if we do get down, because we may never get paid! How long has it been for your wait on getting the card?
I have settled with them repeatedly, meaning I have paid up. You think they are behind or are they running from us and eventually going to fold shop if they haven't already?

TODAY IS 5/16. WROTE TO SPORTSBOOK DISPUTE ASSISTANCE . Reported on the slow pay of CW, in my case since 4/7. Seems CW responded to SPORTSBOOK that two players will be paid next week. IT`s obvious they do not have the cash flow to pay out & im sure the "credit players only" are the last on their list for payouts. Their rating is now D-. I plan to stay on this through SPORTSBOOK & see how it pans out. Meanwhile i have moved to "BETED' since i like their direct deposit & payout form my own personal ck. account. My bal with CW is 400.00
