I've always received my money from them, albeit the last check in March took me about a month to receive. I submitted a withdrawal last Friday just for 290, and now I see they have revamped their entire website. I dont see a chat feature like they used to have so I can ask questions. I dont see a phone number. I don't have any pending payouts according to their system. I have a 0 balance. It's only been a week, but i'm a lil nervous after all i've just read on this thread.
I just don't get how they dont offer any way at all to contact them....at least not any I can see. They have a message (email) but I wrote to them 2 days ago and have yet to receive a response. Weird.
Thankfully I'll only be out of 300 if they dont come through. I feel for you guys that have 1,000 plus in there. If my money doesn't come through by July, I'll need to find a new place b4 football season. I've been with sportsbetting for 5+ years, and i've always received all the payouts I was supposed to get. We shall see.

I just received this e-mail from them. At least they notified me....I guess. My payout request was on 6/22.
I once waited over three months for a payout from BODOG. Needless to say I never used them again. I understand the animal we're up against, and I'm not trippin as long as I get my money. But if a book can't get me a check within a month's time (and admittedly that's ridiculously long when they can take my deposit within seconds), I have to invest my hard earned money elsewhere.
I have been fortunate though. I've never not received money that I was due. I have used 3 sportsbooks: Bubba's Casino (now extinct, they switched to Belmont), Bodog (stopped using them after 3+ month fiasco....but i did eventually get paid) and Sportsbetting.com/Sportsbetting.ag
If anybody has had success with another site that can mail me a payout check within 2 weeks.....please let me know.....THANKS!

I received 70 of the 291 they owed me. They sent it via Money Gram (my first time trying that...not bad). They achieved their objective. I just started playing the rest of my money since they weren't sending it anyway....and i lost it of course.
They then gave me a 100 free money play....i guess to make amends. I lost that too. I think i would have had to roll it over like 10 times to cash it out anyway.

Agreed. I WON $230 and could not withdraw ANY of my winnings because I'd used Freeplay money at some point in the past. Therefore they told me I had to bet at least 300 DOLLARS more to even request a withdraw. Mind you, I'd only ever received like $15 in Freeplay and did not use Freeplay money to make the wager in which I won. So, I just donated all $230 back to them and told them to stop cheating people. I WON'T BE BACK and will tell everyone I know this is a scam aite.
On two occasions, I have placed a wager (1 horse, 1 NBA) and won the bet. After the events were concluded, my wagers were graded as "cancelled". After the results were in! I sent screenshots and compmained on phone and was basically blown off. The latest was in the 2018 NBA. Horrible customer service and reps do not even understand sports wagering. Bovada is better!
