AVOID SPORTSBETTING.AG at all Costs!

I think they are all under the umbrella of a company called Jezzette Enterprises. At this point, I can only continue to be as nice as I can when talking to them and hope that somehow gets my wire transfer request to the top of the list.

Last year, they sent me a wire and a check for 2 different withdrawals with no problem. This year- seems so far to be a different story.

Keeping my fingers crossed at this point.

 It was so hard for me to keep my cool on the many different chat sessions I had with these cats.  

MoneyMaker- so you did finally get paid and the deposited check cleared, right?

I see on their withdrawal screen that you can only put in for a check now with a max of $2500. There are no other options for withdrawal.

I live in Canada, I never used to have a problem requesting cheques and have been using this site for 5 years. Now I am experiencing the same problem as everyone it seem. Been waiting since 3/27 for a $2195 cheque, I have had constant contact with my acct host and continue to be told to be patient and I will get my money or they are experiencing some holds and problems at their bank. 5 days ago I was told hopefully the cheque will arrive within the next 3 weeks because they have been so good I have been patient but it is getting very frustrating! I guess its not just the US having problems!  This book was my favourite book to use the last few years never any problems!!!

Yeah made my deposit into my BofA account.  So far so good.  

I sent a note to my host and a withdrawal specialist 2 days ago asking if I could switch to check if wire is such a problem.....but no response at all....SBR has them rated a D now, which at this point, is too high of a grade for them.

I would definitely not refer any player to this book.  

SBR is reporting a dozen people have now filed no-pay complaints totalling over 120k. No response from customer service except for live chat where the CS will tell you that withdrawals will take 60 business days. They only have check withdrawal option now with a max withdrawal of 2500.

Making me sick to think that withdrawals were no problem last year and deposits this year we just fine- but now can't get paid. Or I should say that they may eventually pay....waiting on over 15k from them....

ouch that sucks, hopefully everything works out. =(

UPDATE.....I got my check today via DHL from singapore......same check i got about 2 months ago and it depsoited no problems.......i appreciate getting it at this point but honestly i cant seem to put money in my account until i am told this issue is resolved.....i just waited 2 months for a check......too long.

When i am told they are back to business as usual, i may consider until then, no way.....been with them for 9 years and this sucks b/c it has always been positive .

 

 

 

Did you originally request withdrawal by check? I requested wire and they are telling me they can't change it now since the requests were sent to the processor in late April. I talked to their so-called new withdrawal assistance service rep on chat about an hour ago. He said that they won't hear back from the processor until at least the end of May. Then, and only then, will they be able to update me on my 2 withdrawals- for a total of over 15k.

vegas, im all over that question........they CANNOT process bank wires AT ALL........my rep is pretty cool and filled me in that the ONLY way to get paid is by check....and this months ago.....you will be bullshitted for 2 more weeks to hear your money is back into your account.....then you will be told you 'better' request a check but not over 2500......nightmare and very best of luck, this is my recent experience.

 

Crap- I wish they would just deposit back in my account already so I can put in for 6 checks.

Glad to here that others are getting paid as well.  Finally! 

Im still waiting on a check withdrawal that processed on 4/9.  All they say is 20 to 63 business days.  I will not deposit in there again if I ever get my money.  Lets keep everyone posted.  

On 4/9, huh. My 2 were processed 4/25 and 4/26. Guess I will be waiting, waiting and some more waiting. Total crap. They can acknowledge issues all they want, but still doesn't take from the sting of not paying out withdrawals.

A few weeks ago they told me i would have my money the first of may but now they are saying 20 to 63 business days. Im on my 21st business day now. All i can say is find a new book and Im never depositing there again.

They also said this will be going on for the next 3 to 6 months...They hope to have it fixed by football season lol

Was told the same thing Hurricane by 'George' in the withdrawal assistance team. On SBR, they hav eat least a dozen payout complaints that total more than $100k. Sems like it is a Ponzi scheme- they are trying to take enough in deposits to pay off withdrawals from months ago. Then hoping to make it to football season when they get the bulk of their deposits.

I just want the $15k they owe me....

Thats what its sounding like to me...I had a processed withdrawal by check on 3/29 and I received it on 4/19.  That one took less than 20 business days.   I was always told by my acct rep that no longer works there to never do bank wires and only checks.

I wish they would have told me before I put in my 2 wire requests. I see on their site that check is the only available method and has a max of 2500. And- you can only do 1 request per day. Somehow they need to also get person to person as a method.

I put my request in on march 27 for 2195. This is the first time in the 10 years I have used them that they have been slow to get me my money. after talking to acct hosts once per week seemingly like moneymaker I finally got my tracking number dhl today. My money is on its way. If your worried about getting your money don't be, it will come just delayed and believe me I understand the frustration!

Dw was your original request for wire or check?

I am going to see if I can get my wire requests reversed and change to check request as it seems checks are going out, but wire transfers aren't happening.
