5dimes check payout

Bank cleared my check. 

Which 1?

5D giving me real problems getting that $ back from the check they bounced on me. My bank does not show any details just -$xxxxDDA
The check was sent back to the merchant. Something's tells me 5D robs people all the time

Check has cleared! Was sent to international collections April 17th and things finally came to an end yesterday. Was charged an international collections fee but I'll gladly pay $35 to collect $4000.

Jordan: What exactly has 5dimes requested you do/send them?

Copy of bank statement
Written notification or email from bank
Copies of the check.

My bank has none of these. They sent the check back to the merchant ( in Canada)

Ok. Provide a bank statement showing the deposit and then the debit of the amount. You can 100% provide that. Email your bank asking for the other two things. Get them in writing saying they sent the check to the merchant and can't give you a copy. What are the initials of the bank you use? When you download their mobile app and click the check deposit entry there's no view deposit option? My bank that starts with a C has this. I can view the front and back of deposited checks thru the app.

Yea it is really strange. I deposited 2 checks that day- 1 normal and the other from 5D.
There is no image of either check. I have called several times regarding this. I don't get it. They said they sent it back to the merchant. My bank also starts with *C
So, someone from payouts says they can look into it on their end but it will take at least 10 or more days
