Rosberg is 17 points behind Hamilton. If he wins and Hamilton finishes second, he only makes up 14 of those points. Hamilton can absolutely sit behind him and not take any chances.
If you can get a good line, Rosberg to win is a decent bet.

Agreed. And yes I think Rosberg to win should be a nice bet. Hamilton would like to win, but he's not stupid. Absolutely no reason to risk racing Rosberg close.
