Wow. You must be very active. I'm a pretty normal 5'10 175 or so and I need to eat 2k or under to have a chance to lose weight. I shoot for 1,800-2,000 when I'm trying to lose a few. When I don't give a fuck I'm probably eating more like 2,400-2,800. If I ate 3,700 I'd be over 200 easy, I would assume.
Hard to honestly count calories...... most people eat more than they think they do. It's hard to track and nobody I ever met understands an actual portion size. Everybody eating more calories than they think they are. The metabolic testing is good stuff. Lets you know where the breakeven is. But ya..... Im high. Mostly ADD related

Caps.............. are you training anywhere like you were in athletics?
Hell no............ nobody works out that much afterwards. It's not just a matter of how many calories burned in an hour or exercise, it's the overrall metabolism which changes.
You obviously have muscle. I would work on keeping the metabolism up by spiking heart rate 3 times a day. Kinda like what telling smalltimer next door.

Boxing is rip city. The best of the best...... and you have running in there?
Geez........ that's plenty.
Have barely touched weights over here other than pushups/pullups but do a good bit of them.. Will do some pretty good legwork and hit a gym for some sleds every now and then.
Think the trick in your situation is keep it steady. Don't want to burn muscle. Maybe a pound or two a week tops.

I love working out and talking about it. Sorry if I ramble. But just into it.
One thing I've noticed....... and I'm pretty old. Is that pushups and pullups are "plenty" of upper body.
Bench press and stuff is overkill. Maybe benched 3-4 times in the past 24 months........... all in the same month but can probably bench more now than when in 20s. From doing pushups/pullups.
Learned a good tip here in this forum from Pederson few years ago. He said to superset pushes and pulls on same day. Been doing that almost exclusively for upper. Strength is there.
