Anyone ever use the ones at GNC? I've been working out for a few years and I'm in good shape. I've used pre workouts, protein, creating etc but I'm kinda at a plateu and I was just wondering if they work well and offer good results with regards to working out.

never used one, have considered them but all the annecdotal and scientific research on test boosters and D-aspartic acid ect is that they're useful insofar as giving you a bit of an energy boost and super-charging your sex drive ... but as far as lean mass gains - negligible.
Some guys even report increases in hair growth in places they didn't want it ... and some products apparently have warnings for people who are pre-disposed to baldness to be careful with their product ..
who needs that sh*t ?!
If you're looking for a boost try adding a good protein powder to your armoury and give creatine monohydrate a try ... that's about all the supplements you need imo

Yeah Ive tried a couple when I was younger and probably didn't need it it'll make you crazy probably wouldn't recommend unless you need more veins ripping out of your obliques cause it's so fuggin necessary.

Instead of wasting your money on a test booster just use real synthetic testosterone. It's a little cheaper than anything you can get at gnc and is safer and works better. If you don't wanna pay for it, just tell your doctor you have the symptoms of low test and he'll prescribe it for you.

oh yeah for sure, until your body shuts down its own production of testosterone, infertility kicks in and your chances of getting prostate cancer go up.
then there's the increase in blood pressure, reduction of good cholesterol levels, jaundice (yellowing of the skin) , heart disease, male breast enlargement, acne, swelling of the feet, increased aggression, depression and headaches....
No thanks.

P6 Extreme from GNC. On my second cycle. Definite results in strength and size without the worries about any damage resulting since it's a GNC product not some unlabeled product a meathead sold you.

. I have read that men older than 50 produce less T than when they were 30, That being said do you think it be a good idea to use this or another type of T booster for period of time for general health on well being.

Your body doesn't shut down natural production if you keep it within certain limits. And if you branch farther than those limits, all you have to do is cycle off slowly (which you should do anyway) with pct and it will come back just as smooth as before... Test boosters are just as dangerous, if not more than taking testosterone. AND you get much more diminished results, if any at all. So yeah, stick with the booster and have more problems.
I'll pass

See guys all the time in the gym that are longterm juicers and look that way. Feel sorry for them actually. They have a mental disorder that needs to be treated.

train with maximum intensity at least five days a week, get at least seven hours a sleep everyday, 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fats, limit alcohol consumption, have sex or at least jerk off, four or five days a week, take a multivitamin daily, limit stress if possible and that should boost your T Levels naturally
