Need Recipes for Chicken Wings

My co-worker just order me some Wings from Wing Stop today... it tasted so Salty that I only ate 6 wings and gave the rest back to her... YUCK...that tasted nasty....I"m not eating it anymore..

The local Wing Stop here closed... Very sad.  Wings there are really good and spicy.

used this one this weekend.. very tasty and not too spicy to eat. im sure you can adjust the ingredient to taste. i didnt use and worchestshire sauce either

Ingredients:

• 36 chicken wing pieces (one wing makes 2 pieces - the "flat" and the "drum")
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 6 tablespoons Louisiana hot sauce (Frank's is the brand used in Buffalo)
• 6 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine
• celery sticks
• blue cheese dressing

Preparation:

making JWK's recipe tmmw....with 3 habaneros and two jalapenos

adding a quarter stick of butter to mix (using Frank's Red Hot)  and a small amount of lime juice

will report back

 you're making it tonight?

Does that mean they were hotter than hell?

Made them tonight.  Damn good.  Had a nice kick to them but not too hot.  The honey/ molasses definitely help mellow it out.

Will definitely be using this recipe again.

 i gotta try that recipe

I just started a grease fire in the oven. Luckily the wings seem okay, just a little flame broiled.

Im just doing the oven at 450 heat. Coated in olive oil and salt/pepper. Gonna use premade wing sauce. Its franks or louisiana brand i think.

Will post results.

The wings came out pretty good. The sauce was Frank's red hot Wing Sauce. This is your standard wing sauce, just perfect.

I was a bit concerned when oven was on fire but no risk no reward.

try a marianade of soy sauce, sugar, sesame seeds and/or oil, garlic, green onions, ginger...

you can add hot sauce for kick

tried this weekend.  Good stuff as usual JWK!
