My attempt to lose 20 lbs in game

do you give much credit to the colon cleanse?  or the actual workout?  i am running about 8miles a week and just kinda hit a wall.  taking xenadrine but i think it isn't working for me.

I started this thread a year ago.  That is when I took the colon cleanse.  This latest burst of weight loss is just excersise and eating right.  I just ordered some Omega 3 pills, and detox pills.  Gonna see if they work.

Now 205

 205

keep going Jeff,

Only 5 more to go

198

I will be real happy at 190.  Almost there.

I am doing this without cadio.  Imagine if I was doing cardio.  I would probably be at 190 already

  hell of a job Jeff

Thanks man

I kind of hit a wall now since I have been boozing it up and eating bad.  But I am maintaining my 198

195

Thank me later.

p.s. Nice job Jeff!

192

thanks hugh

I will not even mention this posters name, but he has put several hundred recipes that are healthy (but I will never eat), and may help you.

But, at your current weight, it looks like you don't need much help!

Congrats on your loss! If it was easy, EVERYBODY would be doing it! But, they are not, AND YOU ARE!

Keep going! 190 is awfully close to 185. Don't be afraid to reward yourself, and work harder the next day. Take an occasional day off of diet or workout/weights. You don't want either to be repetive/boring, this will get you out of synch.
