Ha its funny that you mention Austin, I went to school in San Marcos...just 28 miles down the road from Austin. Partied on 6th street and 4th street way too much and took too many strolls down guadalupe (the drag). Dated a gal for 2 years that went to UT, have friends that live there now off of Congress in South Austin....I will probably be down there in late March or some time in April.   <------ always down for one of these

I was a huge fan of Birraporettis in downtown Houston, solid Italian joint with good prices, awesome food, and great atmosphere. Was never a fan of Sambuka Cafe...went there for Sunday brunch a few times, never liked it and a little over priced for the quality. Wish I would have had a chance to hit Vic and Anthony's...

Yeah, I appreciate that Fried I will definitely keep that in mind when I come down this spring...but since I am in NC right now, I won't be able to get down down there for at least 6 weeks or so, 8 maybe...10 maybe...just can't tell right now. How old are you Fried? 

Last year at SXXW rented shit out for $8k week.

One of my favorite views in ATX was on top of Shakespeare's on the roof on 6th street during the late afternoon....looking down across the street at the painting on the wall that reads "Austin Texas Live Music Capital of the World"....or something to that affect. Shakespeares on Thursday=college night=5 dollar liquor pitchers=good times.

Lmao...no worries. I have partied with older guys before at some country clubs down in Houston. No worries. Nah, I doubt you'd be cramping my style, I am pretty laid back my friend. I am sure you know ATX much better than I do (not exactly sure where you live a bouts in ATX, but I am sure we'd find something to do).

Absolutely...The Library was one of my favorites spots on 6th but it get so damn packed in there on the weekends. But its awesome during the week during the day...
