Go to your local hospital and ask if anyone has been admitted in the last year for a condition called, 'kwashiorkor'. Most common in areas of famine, or isolated cases of neglect, it's the diagnosis for protein deficiency. Yet, the message is loud and clear, as you walk down supermarket isles,PROTEIN, heck, even Cherrios recently came out with a Cherrios Protein cereal. This is my rant; don't be fooled by the protein marketing ploys. You can get ample amounts of protein via a plant based diet, yet, many question, "how will I get my protein"? Have a gr8 day every1!!

It's true. Stick to the outside of the supermarket, and you get everything you need. Everyone's body operates differently, but you can definitely get enough protein without consuming mass amounts of meat. That diet isn't for me, but it's possible. I really, really like meat. Notably, meat I harvest myself.
