I always want to be a proffessional european football, but after some psychology downswings i stopped playing football. Now 5 years later i gained near 44lbs(20kgs) and i dont go even to gym.I play rarely football. My work demands to sit all day so i dont burn any calories, because i am at least 10hrs on a chair.I dont believe i could be back in my old fitness because i used to do exercises 4 hours per day(football training+gym)

    THE NEXT THREE MONTHS:

A realistic goal i think is to loose 22(10kgs)(in three months) and to have a nice body.I can go in gym 3 times per week 2 hours per day.I would like if it is possible to recommend a good nutrition program and a good program for gym.Thank you

you need to exercise more and eat more protein, so i'd say practice doing handstands while beating off into your own mouth

What sort of diet are you on right now?
Given that you do not have time or energy to do a massive amount of training, the other variable you can work with is your diet.

Well there are several routes you can go.

You can do the hardcore juice fast which someone is doing at this board. Personally i find that hard when you also have to take care of a job.

A low carb diet is probably the best. If you follow this diet you will lose weight. I lost 20 pounds in a month.

Here is the general idea.  Cut out sodas (light sodas will do), fast food, white bread, pasta and potatoes.

For breakfast eat something like this:

Bananas, Eggs, Sausages, Cucumber, Tomatoes, bacon , smoked salmon, schrimps.

    For lunch

Salads, frozen vegetables that can be heated with various meats, such chicken or whatever. Or omelets.

    Dinner

Same as lunch, but use fresh vegetables to make it more appealing. I like wok food. Soups are also fine.

If you really crave something sweet, i usually grapes (really like those) but i like candy more

One day out of the week you eat normal, so there you can eat candy, maybe potatoes, or pasta or whatever. That is to not slow down your metabolism.

If you follow this, you should lose 3-5 pounds per week.

Bare in mind that if you eat a lot of sugar right now and cut down (which you will with this diet) you will have headaches the first 2-3 days.

I used the general principles of this guy, but just not so extreme with eating the same food over and over. I mix it up.

no to the orange juice to begin with when you want to lose
    no to milk

yes to water, diet sodas, veg juice

yes to apples. Well maybe not 10 a day but one or two should be fine. I like apples with cinnamon.

No to diet soda, dont believe what people will tell you about it being "diet" so its okay. Hogwash!

Also since you are such a big fast food eater, take some time to view this movie before you have your next "processed" meal

Orange juice and apples are 2 of the best things you can eat.  Cannot imagine a diet of any type not including both of these.

There is sugar in the OJ so that's why it's typically served for breakfast.

The Pirates had to sail around the world to find orange juice.  To avoid scurvy.

that is just stupid. The guy is not in danger of scurvy, he will eat other greens and veggies and fruit occasionally.

But if he want to lose weight he needs to cut down fast carbs and sugar.

If he driks a boatful of OJ each morning and only trains 3 times a week it is not sure he will lose that much weight.

OJ from the store has about zero nutritional value

just eat an orange if you want that flavor, they have less than 10 grams of fructose

Like everything else in moderation. But orange juice are a lot of calories so if you drink that each morning it means you might lose less.

I would start with water the first week or two and get your weight loss going. Then slowly you can add things to your menu.

Or drink juice 1-2 days per week instead of each morning. But you can try out what works for you.

What works for you is the most important. So if you feel like you need juice then you drink it and then you just have to cut something else or train a bit extra to make up for it, or accept a slower weight loss which can be fine to.

Orange juice lands in the stomach like a grenade. I don't know how anybody can drink that shit unless it's fresh squeezed and served immediatly.

Eliminate sugar from your world. After 2 weeks you'll have no interest in any of it ever again.

Sure, can just follow the Mikael diet and eat cucumbers and beets for breakfast.

For lunch, can have a parsnip.

    Ya..... that's feasible.
