I'm still trying to lose my belly fat and just want a recommended amount of carbs per serving or per day. I try to stay away from carbs all together which includes rice, bread, chips, potato's, lollies/sweets/chocolate, fizzy drinks etc etc. I don't eat carbs after 7pm and eat a good dose of fruits and veg and work out often. I've been doing this for well over a year now and have seen great results. I realize no carbs is the best way to go but long term it is not easy considering also i have kids and a busy life style and there's times i eat what's convenient but i need a recommended amount of grams per serving, per day etc. just so i properly monitor my daily carb intake.

Have maybe 20-30 grams in the a.m. and another 20-30 grams after a workout but they should be fast absorbing carbs after hitting the gym such as white bread, white rice

What does your macro nutrient breakdown look like? How many grams of carbs, protein, fat are you consuming daily?
I've always thought around below 10g of carbs per serving was alright
& anything over 20g of carbs per serving is a no no. Am i wrong?
Where did you get this information from? I wouldn't pay any attention to it.
Starchy carbs and sugary carbs have the greatest effect on blood sugar. Fibrous carbs like you would find in vegetables digest very slowly which does not cause your blood sugar to sky rocket.
What are you goals? Cut? Bulk?

Oatmeal for me its only carb I have aside from Waximaize which you add to water with jacked or noexplode then after workout with protein shake otherwise for me thats it for carbs...I think if you have too many carbs you will get fat. I know that....What I cant figure out is how mwn/women at Gym can stay lean cut year round? My thinking is they eat very little carbs...and do cardio/go to gym every day which is what I have/need to do.....Im thinking do cardio 90-2hours a day...then go to gym do 2 bodyparts 2 days a week 6 days a week 48 hours apart to give rest, As for eating I think I have to get up at 2 am just to get 6-8 meals a day. Eating/gym is full time 365 7 days a week job. I was in great shape at 1-3 % bodyfat not its around 10-13% I got fat and have become totaly fedup depressed with how I look. I wont go out to bars nor be social because of howI look. Only way for me is to eat clean and have very little carbs aside for 1 day/meal once a weeks. I just need to get my act together....go to gym do cardio everyday and fuck the doubters/critics and do my own thing and not worry what others think. Im 40 now so its about what I and only I can do at gym as I dont care what others can lift, When you work 40+hours aweek its too hard to go to gym as everyone I know sai I need to go to bars and have fun....I cant get back into shape if I do that. 90-100grams of carbs is about right. 2 bowls of oatmeal wil give you what you need Also load up on veggies. Enough of me venting time to get with it
