i love the avatar, we joke about that all the time...  as far as the pushups go, i could be 300 lbs and not do 5     but i have no reason to lie, who am i trying to impress ?   all the chicks that read this and meet guys  lol...    feet crossed over one on top of the other,  face up, chin to the ground, arms shoulder width apart and all the way down...  when you have done them for 10 years every day and you start with 30 at a time, you will increase the number you can do...  thats how i am around 100-105 at a time  sharpie

im 26 now when i was 18-21 i could do over 75 diamond pushups in a row ....

 

I can now do no more than 30 with a gun to my head lol. I was locked up for a couple years over some dumb shit and took quite a friend to pushups
