buy some whole wheat pita bread.

cut them in four so it looks like triangles with a curved end

please on pan

lightly brush olive oil on each one

sprinkle a little salt

tastey treats

Never made my own pita chips but love Stacy's Pita chips...specifically cinnamon and sugar...I know not the healthiest but good.

I bot some organic whole wheat crackers from Whole Foods last week, decent price and taste just like a wheat thin but less salt and better ingredients.

for got to say bake them for about 5 minutes around 300 degrees. comes out crispy and tastey

^^^ Try them like that

1 tsp of cumin

1 tsp of cayenne pepper

1 tsp salt

3 tsb olive oil

and squeeze a big old texas lime in there. delicious.
