OK guys, impress your girl and the guys with this EZ dip.

4 med. avocados pealed and cut to med.pieces

2 tbls sour cream

1 teas. Onion powder, 1 teas.Garlic powder, 1 teas. lemon juice, 1 teas. salt, 1 teas. pepper, 1 small tomato cut up.

***put all ingredients in a blender and blend til' smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed.

That's up to you. My bunch likes it the way it is, but salsa instead of tomato or cilantro would make a nice touch.

Oh, and a food processor works great.

everyone has their own recipe...

I think guacamole needs

fresh garlic
red onion (very finely diced)
fresh squeezed lime
diced tomato
cilantro -- for sure
couple of drops of tobasco

also I prefer it to be a little chunky so I just mix up the avocado with a fork.

for the more experienced guacamole eaters this usually works well but is a bitch to clean
