Greek yogurt is terrible, IMO. First time I had it, I was convinved it must have gone bad. Although I used to think a lot of things were terrible that I eat reguarly now.

I throw a greek yogurt in with a protein/fruit smoothie just to add to protein levels and flavor. But Greek yogurt by itself is VERY TOUGH to eat...and I mean VERY TOUGH. Evidently the Greek yogurt is more nutritious and is about double the price.

Commercial yogurt are all garbage. You're getting yogurt that is made from pasteurized milk from sick cows you need to make your own Kefir. Remember heat destroys all the good bacteria and vitamins.

i got the chobani...it is very thick and has a sour cream like taste to it. the lemon was pretty good. i got some vanilla so i can add fresh berries to it with a little granola. chobani is a bit more expensive than regular yogurt, but i have noticed more deals on it lately.

AHD, the strawberry and raspberry is good as well...and like i said earlier, try throwing a plain or vanilla one in a blender with some berries, a little milk, and a scoop of protein...
