Question

my wife and i love to enjoy a great burger. my latest burger that we have created is the bacon guac smoked gouda burger. we use high quality ground chuck/sirloin. applewood smiked bacon, fresh home made guacamole , and smoke gouda cheese. one more ingredient that really makes this a meal is a fried egg. garnish with the usual lettuce onion ,pickle , tomato and any condiment.

thats sounds excellent. not sure about the egg though. how do you cook the egg?

fried in olive oil, yellow has to be runny . excellent if you like eggs over easy , poached could work if worried about overload of fat  use the leanest beef you can get and blot the bacon well.
