FriedShrimp.....you asked for fish recipes, enjoy!

Hey guys, I just made this salmon dish.  I am on the final step waiting for the cheese to melt.  I will report back in about an hour to let you know how it was.....

Okay, I ate the food and it was delicious.  The wife loved it too.

I will make this for people one day and take the credit for being a really great cook.

You are a brave man.  I didn't have the nads to make that.  Mixing salmon, green olives, and gorgonzola???

Please do tell...

The green olives and the gorgonzola actually complemented each other well.  The cheese is very rich and the olives are salty...they go well together.  I ate it on a bed of cous cous and surrounded it by chopped tomatoes and chopped avacado.
