ephedrine back on the shelves?

a friend of mine told me that supplements are allowed to put ephedrine in them again.  is this true?  i used to use hydroxycut and xenadrine before the ephedrine ban, and i burned a ton of fat and had tons of energy with them.  can you guys recommend a good supplement that is out there now?  and a cheap place online to buy it?  thanks!
