Who here uses/used it and tell us your experiences.

I just started taking this (just finished loading stage), have never heard of it prior to using it and am very much intrigued by the energy aspects of it.

I used it, works really good.  You can really put on a lot of muscle/mass if you take it right.  Be careful so you take it right, if you take it wrong you can get terrible headaches.

I've found it gives me the energy to push through those last couple reps of the last set..........seems to diminish the lactic acid build-up. Helps reduce recovery time as well. The effects are subtle but noticeable if you're an experienced lifter whose never used it before.

i used to take the amplified creating pills from gnc.  These are excellent because it doesn't matter when you take them; preworkout, postworkout, or during the day.  It works anytime.

I'm personally using creatine for energy as i play basketball 7 needed the energy boost but muscle wise i have gotten alot leaner since i started using it over 3 weeks ago. I'm not quite sure how you can take it wrong as it's good for both pre & post  work outs. I'm in the middle of the maintaining process.

again i use it for Basketball but the results are similar. I find myself running much more on the court almost giving me a boost to run more frequent and faster. The results are very evident to the point that it gives me that extra energy to push my body that it wouldn't give me if i didn't take it and i've actually lost some weight because of the extra exertion it allows on my body.

i actually take the creatine recovery pack & though it's for recovery i use it for both post & pre work-outs. It also has L-Glutamine which prevents the breakdown of muscles. Hospitals actually use this stuff for cancer and burn patients. If you exercise alot such s athletes you burn alot of glutamine so it's good to re-store with supplements.

i actually take the creatine recovery pack & though it's for recovery i use it for both post & pre work-outs. It also has L-Glutamine which prevents the breakdown of muscles. Hospitals actually use this stuff for cancer and burn patients. If you exercise alot such s athletes you burn alot of glutamine so it's good to re-store with supplements.

Both! I highly recommend this for what ever exercise your doing. If you want use Creatine post work out and then stack with L-Glutamine pre-work out.

i loaded up for a week currently into the 2nd week of maintaining. I was told to drink lots of water as you stated you could suffer cramping if you don't get the water you drink to deliver the creatine to your muscles.

USED TO TAKE IT BUT STOPPED AFTER I HEARD THAT THE REASON YOU GET RIPPED IS BECAUSE IT DEHYDRATES YOUR BODY. PLUS YOUR BODY ONLY TAKES ALITTLE AND YOU PISS THE REST OUT.

MY GF MOM (HEALTH GURU) GAVE ME SOME L-CARNITINE WHICH HELPS CONVERT FAT TO ENERGY NATURALY. ANYWAYS I TAKE 1,000MG WITH A RED BULL. I OUTBENCH AND OUTLAST ALOT OF MY FRIENDS WITH SIMILAR BUILDS.

Yes it helps with muscle mass. As a point guard i only want to get leaner to maintain speed so when i take creatine i don't eat as if i want to get big i still eat healthy with minimum carbs so i don't gain any weight.

That is why you MUST drink the recommended amount of water intake per day and you will not have any problems especially with cramping. I've heard one side effect of carnitine is muscle fatigue, is this true?

For me not really, but I could see how that would be a problem for people who work out every day.
I'm telling you this stuff is legit. If anything you can go to Whole Foods and buy a bottle and try it out. If it doesnt work for you then you can return it (even empty) and they refund your money. But I highly dough that will be the case.

i took a creatine product called "muscle volumizer", this was a creatine titrate(also had a NO precursor in it), not creatine monohydrate, the titrate is supposed to keep you from retaining more water weight. i went from benching 275lbs to 340lbs in about a month and a half-two months.  anyone that lifts, knows that is a TREMENDOUS gain.  however, i also put on about12 pounds.  the stuff works, it's amazing, the only supplement i've found that makes real gains.  i was taking half a dose prior to work out, and full dose after workout, and i was only working out once every three days.  another guy i work out with was maxxing out at 275 also, he started taking muscle volumizer, and within the same time period, he had also raised his max to 340, good stuff.

yes it helps build muscle mass and it is great for strength gains. Creatine has become increasingly common used by body builders to improve their ability to build muscle tissue. By allowing you to perform more work as a result of additional energy, increased protein synthesis is stimulated. Secondly, when an abundance of creatine phosphate is stored in the muscle, the muscle will hold more water in its cells and become what is known as "volumized" or "super-hydrated." The more volumized a muscle is, the more it will promote the synthesis of protein as well as deter protein breakdown.

you can definitely take this stuff wrong.  Just a few years ago a highschool football player dropped dead during 2 a days because he was taking this stuff before going out to practice, and not hydrating well enough.  If you do not hydrate enough while you are working out and you are on this, it can have negative results.

I am in the process of cutting up.  Once I drop about 15 more pounds I'm using it to bulk up.
