cereal

why would people buy cereal when they can have milk and cookies for breakfast?

That's a great breakfast!

so cookies are free?

it's been bugging me for a long time now trying to figure out what is the purpose of cereal?  after some research and an in depth interview with some local kids, they all agreed that they would rather chop up a bag of cookies and pour some milk into a bowl to mix with the cookie pieces.  instant breakfast cereal, but not general mills.

much better off with some eggs / egg whites, rye toast or rolled oats and some greek yogurt, whey protein, fruit

a bowl of wheaties every morning, low in sugar and a good source of fiber

Cereal is great tasting regardless of age

lucky charms in milk--throw out the non-charms bits.

Because cereal is the bomb. Just bought 3 boxes today.
