BLU, you are providing accurate answers, assuming the HGH user was taking 10 IU's a day.

Taking clean HGH daily, no more than 1 to 2 IU's per dose, has not been proven to have negative side effects, and is very beneficial to ones strength gains, body shape, and mental focus.
