anyone ever get bells palsy??

was diagnosed last sat....lots of neck and ear pain

I knew a guy that got it.  He got over it completely and it didn't take that long.  It's not forever.  Good luck to you.

i met a guy on an airplane that had it, he passed out and i got stuck with his dog Farfel for 3 days, it was awful 

I've had it.  Luckily, mine went away fairly quickly.  I was driving and I couldn't pull my bottom lip in my mouth on one side.  Went to the doc as was telling him this and that and he said well just have to run its course.  I said I can't move the one side of my face.  Same thing.  Finally I said listen, I can't move the one side of my face.  He finally figured out what I was telling him.  Geesh.  I hate doctors.
