Yeah there is A difference. The weather was between 50's and 60's the whole world cup. Their summers are actually cooler than their fall and winters. Avg High for the Months of June and July are 64.6 degrees Fahrenheit.

Seems like a good call.  The one under I played, Columbia, screwed me.  Before I made the bet, I thought, everything is going over but instead I played it safe...lol. 

Tomorrow I will be leaning towards the overs if I play o/u.
