If Uruguay wins 2-1, would that be a push on the -1 wager? Sorry I am new and never bet on Soccer before.

Also, on the next game Italy vs England, there is a spread pick Italy+100 and moneyline+200. If it ends in a draw, I know I would lose the moneyline, but would I also lose the spread pick as well? My question is what is the difference between Spread and Moneyline?
