You would think how the brackets are heavily stacked toward one side, neither would really have any incentive to win this match. Both teams have same record, same exact goal differentials so I&#x27;m thinking maybe this is a game both should be motivated to throw. In that scenario is a draw the best bet or maybe the under or maybe parlay both?
