hey guys, 

I've done pretty well in the nba/nhl playoffs so I'm starting a world cup thread.  Tail if you want to make some money.  I will be using 100 dollar units

Oddly the only thing that messed us up was trusting the miami heat.  Still a loss is a loss.  Good start to the world cup though.  Brazil will be getting the whistles all tournament.

I made this last bet after the USA game.  Ghana completely dominated USA.  USA got really lucky to win that game and should get crushed vs Portuagal.  I jumped on this as soon as it came out because I expect a lot of line movement.  Since making the bet it has already moved to -150.

The hot streak does not continue unfortunately.  Bosnia got robbed of a goal costing us.  Thought I was at least gonna push the Germany game, Ghana played great though.  Hats off to them.

My Brazil/Argentina group futures should cash and although this has been a somewhat inconsistent round betting wise, we've won more than we lost, so no complaints.

This is a great spot.  Ghana and USA played in Manaus yesterday and will have one less day of rest before the game.  Italy and England played in Manaus and both looked sluggish in their second game.  Ghana has also played two great matches (outplayed USA and were up 2-1 on Germany).  Portugal has played two horrible games and other than Ronaldo's cross on the game tying goal, he has looked off form.  Germany and USA might play for the draw (evidence from the +150 number), but I don't see Germany sitting back when they need a point to guarantee advancing.
