Newbie soccer betting question

Denmark is currently -1/2 even and +105 ML on my site.  What is the difference between these bets?  Doesn't Denmark need to win in either scenario for the bet to pay off?  Trying to understand why there would be different odds.

same bet take the one with higher odds. same goes for double chance/+0.5 asian handicap, draw no bet/0.0 asian handicap, and on bet365 the over/under 2.5 market is usually slightly different from the 2.5 in the goal line market. the asian lines have less vig usually like 1.93/1.93 or 1.95/1.95, rather than the regular 1.90/1.90

""Trying to understand why there would be different odds."" THE ML AND SPREAD ARE TWO DIFFERENT POOLS AT THE BOOK JUST LIKE OTHER SPORTS OFFERING ML AND SPREADS. SO ONE MIGHT MOVE AND NOT THE OTHER EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE SYNTHETICALLY THE SAME BET. HENCE THE $5 DISCREPANCY. I'VE SEEN IT AS HIGH AS $15.
