The only reason why it might be a bad idea is because Brazil actually does not need to win this game. They advance with a draw

@ballafran3 very true, which is why I think it will matter what the result is between Chile and Netherlands. It's possible if Chile wins the group that they would be okay with a draw and possibly taking the 2 seed as opposed to playing Netherlands, who are always dangerous

@billneedshelp have you thought about doing a halftime/fulltime bet? Brazil wins first half and brazil wins the game is -275. If they are going to win they will probably come out and score right away in the first and I doubt they give up the lead with Song out for a suspension and Eto'o I guess might not play for injury reasons

No I didn't think of that not a bad idea but at that price of -275 I might as well take them at -1.5 for full game. It may take them longer than the first 45 min to find the back of the net. I would feel more confident just taking them for full game. Seem like there have been lots of late goals lately..

i might get Brazil ML at - 833 now, i don't think they will win more than 2-0, rest legs and tactical plan i guess, really scared at - 833 as the Argentina vs Iran almost lost me that much, but this is a MUST and EASY win for Brazil, they NEED to win to get TOP seed to avoid Netherlands on the 2nd round, don't say they can get top seed with a DRAW cuz you never know what happen in the MEXICO match until the end of game, if MEXICO or CROATIA win, they will get TOP seed and Brazil 2nd seed with a Draw
