Who To Start at WR?

i have a good WR core... I start3 WR and Colston already went... the other options are Manningham. M. Wallace. S. Johnson. and M. Floyd... i and Leaning Manningham and Wallace... What you guys think...? Floyd maybe a gametime decision and they play the night game, a bit risky.... S. Johnson playing PITT also risky...

wallace as another... he's been killing it.

I dont think Pitt has any shut down corners and buff plays a spread offense so Johnson should get his numbers
he has been one of the steadiest wr's in the game fantasy wise

I like Manningham and loved watching him at Michigan but firstly   I dont think NYG will play a pass happy attack now that they lost 2 big weapons and being that he is the number one in NY by default I am not sure that bodes well for him as NY will have to spread the ball around to take some of the attention away from MM so he could be feast or famine I guess we shall see how good MM really is

I like Wallace vs Buff he is good for a long score a game

Floyd, if Gates doesnt play then thats the only way I look at him with VJ back

so my picks would be

Wallace and S.Johnson
to go along with your Colston who already started

Runlagos... Thanks for your response... I was initially thinking the same thing you are... Wallace scoring just about once a game with 100+ yds going vs BUFF... MM vs terrible pass D and as the no. 1 pass option...

Homegrown made some great points though... NYG may come strong with the run attack and MM will be gameplanned for the whole week as no.1 WR... Not exactly something that he is accustomed to...

Now as for S. Johnson, HG you are right about PITT not having any shut down corners... My concern is PITTS pass rush... They are 2nd in the league in sacks... The BUFF O-Line is 17th in sacks allowed and they have allowed QB to be hit in the top 10...

Last week you saw how porous BUFF was vs CIN in the first half... Before they packed it in they did a great job of containing the entire offense... PITT has a division battle going on and they should be looking at this game as an opportunity to murder a team...

With that being said... I have to agree Wallace and Johnson should be the go aheads this week... I wont start Floyd unless i see an early morning confirmation he is gonna go... My team is good on paper but everybody ive played had their season game vs me... I need every last win to end this season...

 

I have a semi situation with my other team...

I start 2 running backs and Ray Rice is glued into 1 spot... The other is a carousel that consists of T. Jones, L. Blount, and newly aquired B. Jacobs and Keiland Williams...

Blount gets the heaviest load of the bunch, but hes facing BAL... T. Jones facing SEA and no need to explain the running situation in KC... B. Jacobs is gonna be  high risk high reward, how many more carries will he actually get...? I will wait a week on K. WIlliams...

Jones gets less carries than Blount but they are usually meaningfull as he goes for the tough yards especially at the goaling... and SEA is just awful... But do i pass up on all the carries BLOUNT will get... Or the breakout day JACOBS can have...?

Any thoughts on this situation are greatly appreciated...

Goodson ran for a hundy vs Balt so they are not the line they used to be and Blount is a horse
I like T.Jones vs Seattle and I think Jacobs is almost assured a score vs Jax
I would wait on Keiland, if he can run vs Minny then he is for real

all that being said it seems who ever you pick it is somewhat of a dice roll cuz they all have there ups and downs
I would probably defer to the second half on this one
but gun to my head I would take
Jacobs or TJ

Of the defenses these RBs are facing JAX has allowed the most total points and rushing TDs... GIANTS are at home and they should be playing with alot of confidence... Even if the carries are split evenly JACOBS will be getting all the touches in the red zone becasue BRADSHAWs demotion is due to fumbles...

BAL may not be the same but they still rank in top ten in rushing ypg and total yards allowed... They are also tied for 3rd in points allowed... Those are the things that scare me...

Homegrown you are right each one of these starts feels like a crapshoot...

Thanks again everyone... I think the case may have been made for JACOBS... if T. JONES got a lil closer to 20 carries he would make it harder... he sits at almost exactly 15 a game...
