Which two to start at RB in ppr league

Eddie Lacy, Matt Forte, Mike James?

I am leaning towards the first two, but I am in a rut knowing James is facing the worst run defence in the league? thoughts....

Who to start at TE

Julius Thomas, Tim Wright

Once again Thomas is the easy choice here but Wright is going against the 2nd weakest defence for TE points? And the thought of Thomas' ankle still bugging him thoughts....
