12 man PPR league.  i start  qb, rb rb, wr wr, te. 

QBs are: Hasselback, Henne

RBs are: S. Jackson  F. Gore  J. Best

WR are: Boldin Bryant Wallace Aromashadu

TE: Gates.

 

Im lookin to deal one of my running backs. Do you think i should look for QB or WR help.  One guy offered me Romo for Best but im thinking to try to get another solid receiver.  What would you guys do?

I would do Romo for Best all day if you have Jackson and Gore maybe throw in Aromashadu and get in return a small time back just for depth (or pick one up). Your QBs are definitely the worst part of your team

You should be able to sell high on Best(more than just Romo) and grab an upgrade at QB and WR.

Something like Best for Romo and a WR2( like Santana Moss, Malcolm Floyd, Mike Williams(TB)....)
