Suggestions on a good site to use for a Dynasty Fantasy Football league?

Hello Covers community.  I am looking for a bit of advice in regards to the best site to use for a dynasty league?  I have heard that ESPN does a solid one.  I have also heard that FleaFlicker is considered to be one of the best ones out there.  I am looking for one that is very configurable and easy to manage.  It must have live stat tracker as well.  In addition, I would like one that has an "Anti Tanking" format in which teams that dont make the playoffs have a "losers bracket" tournament to determine the draft order for the following.  So, the team that wins the losers bracket would have the #1 overall pick.....not the team that finished with the worst record.  I thank you in advance for any and all suggestions.  Have a wonderful day everyone!
