has anybody ever used real time fantasy sports (rtsports.com) paid fantasy football leagues in the past?  if so, what was your experience?  specifically, did you have any legal problems paying and receiving payouts?  I am from Iowa and I have heard they are one of the few states that view fantasy football paid leagues with prizes as gambling and forbid or at least don't let you get the prizes.
