Please help.

Rice got less carries last week with Willis getting most of the touches

Ward is starting this week and both rb are hurt a little behind him vs an injured NYG defense

Ward over Rice in a gun to my head situation although im starting rice in my other league but i do not have ward..
 
Ward going against his old team and getting the starting job
