Good Trade for my team?

My team:

QB: Eli manning, matt ryan, Ben Rothelisberger
WR: Wayne, White, Ocho Cinco, Maclin, Chambers
RB: Turner, Wells, Addai, Michael Bush, Donald Brown
TE: Jason Witten

Here is the trade:

I give:

Eli Manning
Beanie Wells
Roddy White
Michael Bush

For:

Philip Rivers
Ronnie Brown
Ahmad Bradshaw
Derrick Mason

What if I also had to throw in Ben Rothelisberger?

Is this a good trade for my team? Or should I leave it be.

Thanks for your help

how many of each do you need to start? ppr league? more info helps.

Not sure I'd make that trade. The two keys I see are Brown and White...why are you trading a #1 WR for a rbbc in miami? I like Turner and Addai, not sure why people are so down on him.

I say no.

N0--- Eli and White gonna have big years           and bradshaw might be starting over Jacobs , however, jacobs will get all the goal line touches and TD's

Thanks for the input guys.
