Does anyone do daily fantasy? Is it worth it?

What do you guys think of these daily fantasy games vs season long fantasy games? Seems pretty cool.

Buddy of mine is doing dang well. Instead of going up against a list of people you can go head to head, wager anywhere from $1 or in the hundreds and with a salary cap of $60k (for nba), pick players then take money. Probably harder unless you really know the players.

Yea Im sure there are a lot of people that KNOW the players but why not us? We have access to injury reports and watch enough to know whos been hot. Also we can use strategy; check out the OVER UNDERs and utilize the high scoring gamesby picking a hot player(s).Also, alot of people are amateurs on there too.

I did it for about 6 months.... MLB, NFL, NCAAF, and NBA... Hit and miss... lot of guys out there know their stuff. Need to get lucky and hope your lower priced guys have career nights and your studs don't have an off night. I'm on Draftstreet....always the same guys winning money. Seemed a little fishy to me considering these guys had thousands of $$$ in play every single day.

My advice, if you win a big pot pull your money out and walk away.

Did you ever win a big pot? Yea that does sound shady, as if they change their lineups or something. But I think when you are matched up, you can see their lineup the whole time so I dont think you can cheat in any way.

I played at DS for awhile. I agree there are some very good players there and the same guys are always hitting the big pots. I preferred the drafting the team aspect as opposed to the salary cap, or pre boxed games, they seemed shady to me, It wouldn&#x27;t be hard for them to stack the rosters against you. This is the pattern I was seeing when I played.

yeah I lasted 1/2 a season in baseball on $100, by starting to play for $1 or $2, then I would have 10-30 of those match ups per day, some days good,some days bad, but when I got to $200 I should have just cashed out.
